We are currently partnering with a dynamic, fast growing Global client who is expanding in Europe and is now looking to hire a European Employment Counsel, fully responsible for Labour Relations to sit within the global HR team. This is a new position to support the on going growth across Europe. This excellent opportunity will allow you to build the Labour relations environment with a primary focus on compliance of employment-related matters. The role will report to the Global Employment Counsel Head and will be based in Dublin, Ireland and requires a German qualified lawyer with both German and English skills, preferably with experience in Manufacturing or pharmaceuticals.
As a trusted advisor, the role will provide expertise related to a broad range of employment-related legal matters, offering proactive legal advice and actionable solutions for internal stakeholders. A strategic thinker, with a strong knowledge of best practice, you will be able to recognise trends and apply a systematic approach to problem solving. With a drive for continuous improvement, you will provide expert guidance to HR Business Partners to support them in managing employee relations autonomously.
