Our client, a leading media and entertainment agency, is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Executive to join their team.
Reporting to the HRBP Regional Lead, this role will be responsible for multiple business groups in NYC. They require someone with strong business acumen to translate business priorities into practical HR strategies for success.
As part of this role, you will oversee various day-to-day HR functions, encompassing employee onboarding, policy implementation, talent management/succession planning, inclusion and diversity initiatives, utilization of career development tools, and addressing employee relations matters.
We're seeking an individual with versatility, capable of effectively partnering with, coaching, and challenging senior business leaders. Possessing strong commercial awareness is vital for successfully navigating complex stakeholder relationships.
Moreover, you'll collaborate closely with the recruiting team to comprehend job requirements, conduct workforce forecasting, and identify talent. Additionally, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding the business through change initiatives, employing change management tools adeptly.
