Senior Rewards Specialist (Leading financial services firm) – up to $HK 90,000 p/m

As the Senior Manager Rewards, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our rewards strategy to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop competitive compensation and benefits packages and lead initiatives to drive employee engagement and performance.

 

Key responsibilities include:

    • Developing and implementing a comprehensive rewards strategy that aligns with business goals and objectives
    • Conducting market research and analysis to ensure our compensation and benefits packages remain competitive in the industry
    • Managing the annual salary and bonus review process, including budgeting and forecasting
    • Leading the design and implementation of employee recognition and reward programs
    • Overseeing compliance with all regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits

 

Background:

  • At least 7 years of rewards experience
  • Ideally had experience working in a leading consultancy
  • Chinese language skills required
