We are looking for a hands-on Tech Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team at one of our fast-growing financial technology clients.
- Recruiting role focused on Product and Engineering positions
- Growing fintech company
- Fast-paced environment, managing 10-15 requisitions at a time
- Hybrid role with 4 days in the office (Downtown) and 1 WFH
In this role, you will be responsible for full lifecycle recruiting for the tech and engineering team. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers throughout the search process to define roles, execute candidate sourcing strategies, and guide candidates from initial contact to close. Additionally, you'll rigorously assess candidates while ensuring a positive experience, track key metrics, and measure impact. Ideally, you should have a well-rounded understanding of the financial services industry and a passion for technology.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of recruiting experience
- Experience in a tech or financial services, and fast-paced work environment
- Demonstrated ability to engage and convert passive candidates
- Proven track record of successfully prioritizing and closing searches on time to meet recruiting goals
- Motivated by finding and connecting with talent, and adept at matching talent with great opportunities
- Demonstrated ability to identify problems and effectively problem-solve
- Ability to organize resources, data, tasks, and people effectively and displays effective prioritisation and use of resources based on new information
