Talent Development Senior Manager

We’re currently partnering with an international law firm who are looking for a Talent Development Senior Manager.

This is a friendly team that we have worked with extensively, and who have embraced hybrid and are in the office (city-based) two days a week.  This role will lead on Europe but requires the ability to work globally – bringing best practice talent development to life in the business at this vibrant and dynamic firm.

You will bring team management experience and ideally experience of working in a law firm or have proven experience of moving sectors.

Salary here is up to GBP90/95k.
