Khushboo currently works as a Researcher focusing on the APAC region, her role involves sourcing and mapping talent for the Consultants in that region, supporting a range of ad hoc projects, and conducting in-depth market research to help deliver informed, strategic insights.

Khushboo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and has always had a strong interest in recruitment. Over time, she has developed expertise in market research, sourcing, and talent mapping, skills that enable her to contribute meaningfully to every search. She particularly enjoys staying up-to-date on the roles she supports and takes pride in understanding the broader market trends that influence them.
