Emily is the Chief Operating Officer at Elliott Scott, working closely with Stuart Elliott and the leadership team to drive global strategy, operational excellence and business performance.
She focuses on staff development, organisational design and efficiency, ensuring the business delivers exceptional service to clients and candidates worldwide.
Since joining Elliott Scott in 2014 as COO for Asia, Emily has played a key role in growing the business across Hong Kong, Singapore and now globally. Based in London since 2016, she oversees operations across the Elliott Scott portfolio.
With a career spanning Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore and the UK, Emily brings international HR expertise across a variety of industries. Her previous roles include senior HR positions at Mercer, Fujitsu and a private investment firm, giving her deep insight into the needs of clients, candidates and the Elliott Scott team.
An ICF-certified coach, Hogan and MBTI practitioner and Chartered CIPD member, Emily combines professional expertise with a passion for people development. Outside of work, she is a mum of two young children and a Board Trustee for Yes Futures, a charity helping students realise their potential.
