Gaurav is the Director for Elliott Scott in India, leading senior HR search and recruitment across a broad range of industries. Based in Gurugram, he established Elliott Scott’s presence in India in 2021, strengthening the firm’s ability to support regional and global clients while building new partnerships locally. 

With a career spanning in-house and agency talent acquisition, Gaurav brings a strategic and solutions-driven approach to HR hiring. He is highly skilled in implementing innovative and cost-effective HR talent acquisition strategies, identifying top passive candidates and delivering market and competency mapping. His expertise in stakeholder management and relationship-building enables him to connect organisations with exceptional HR talent. 

Before relocating to India, Gaurav was based in Singapore, where he specialised in recruiting senior HR professionals across South East Asia for the Commerce and Heavy Industries sectors, including Consumer Electronics, Chemicals, Oil & Gas, Engineering, and Manufacturing. 

Internationally experienced and well-networked, Gaurav is known for his consultative approach and ability to identify the right HR leaders to drive business success. He partners closely with clients to advise on both immediate hiring needs and long-term talent strategies, ensuring they have the right people in place to support growth and transformation.
