Gordon is a Consultant at Elliott Scott, specialising in mid-to-senior-level HR search within the Financial and Professional Services sectors across North America. With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition and Executive Search, he takes a strategic and relationship-driven approach to identifying and securing top HR talent. 

Gordon began his career in HR with a New York-based investment research and management firm before relocating to Hong Kong in 2001. Over the years, he has held leadership roles with multinational organisations across Technology, Financial, and Professional Services, where he built and led Talent Acquisition functions across the Asia-Pacific region. Since 2008, he has been based in Vancouver, continuing to provide high-impact recruitment solutions for businesses across North America. 

He specialises in hiring for HR leadership positions, partnering with organisations to develop tailored talent strategies that align with their long-term business goals. His deep market knowledge and structured approach to search enable him to deliver swift and effective hiring solutions. 

A graduate of the State University of Buffalo with a degree in Business Administration, Gordon is bilingual in English and Cantonese.
