Kirstin is the Managing Director for Elliott Scott in the UK and Europe, partnering with HR leaders across Financial Services, Asset Management, Hedge Funds and broader corporate sectors to deliver specialist HR search and recruitment solutions.  

With over 20 years of recruitment experience, Kirstin brings a strategic, consultative, and relationship-led approach to HR hiring. Kirstin specialises in senior HR appointments, including HR Directors, Heads of HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Organisational Change, DEI, Reward and HR Business Partner roles. Her understanding of complex business needs and evolving HR functions allows her to advise on both immediate and long-term hiring strategies.
