Managing Director, South East Asia

Paul is the Managing Director for Elliott Scott in South East Asia, partnering with HR leaders across the region to deliver senior-level search and recruitment solutions. Based in Singapore, he is focused on growing Elliott Scott’s presence and supporting businesses with strategic HR hiring across SEA and APAC. 

With over 22 years of recruitment experience, including 13 years in Asia, Paul brings a unique blend of agency and in-house expertise. He specialises in senior HR appointments across multinational and local organisations, covering roles in HR leadership, talent acquisition, employer branding, rewards, organisational development, and change management. His deep understanding of the HR landscape allows him to provide market insights, talent strategies, and career planning advice to HR professionals at all levels. 

Before joining Elliott Scott, Paul spent six years in in-house HR leadership, first as Global Head of Talent Acquisition for a NASDAQ-listed fintech business and later as Head of People for a technology company. This hands-on experience gives him a first-hand perspective on the challenges of HR hiring, enabling him to deliver practical, relationship-driven solutions that align with business goals. 

Known for his consultative and strategic approach, Paul is committed to building long-term partnerships and ensuring clients have the right HR leaders in place to drive their organisations forward.
