Shagun is a Recruitment Consultant at Elliott Scott, specialising in mid-to-senior level HR search across North America, India and emerging markets in South-East Asia. She partners with businesses across Retail, Internet, Technology, Start-Ups and Manufacturing, delivering tailored HR search and recruitment solutions that support organisational growth and transformation. 

Since joining Elliott Scott as a Researcher, Shagun has progressed rapidly through the business, first supporting HR searches in India before expanding her remit to South-East Asia. Recognised as a high performer, she was given the opportunity to recruit for the US office, where she now focuses on attracting top HR talent across North America. With a consultative and relationship-led approach, she works closely with HR leaders to deliver strategic hiring solutions that align with their business objectives. 

Shagun is passionate about immersing herself in the HR function, continuously learning from industry professionals, and building meaningful relationships within the HR community.
