Sneh is the Group HR & Operations Advisor for Elliott Scott, overseeing internal HR processes and ensuring operational efficiency across the business. Based in India, she leads key HR initiatives, including the implementation and management of BambooHR, while driving best practices that support the company’s global workforce. 

Since joining Elliott Scott in 2021, Sneh has played a pivotal role in optimising HR operations, bringing expertise in building HR solutions for start-ups and scaling businesses. Her experience spans the full HR spectrum, from talent acquisition and organisational development to employee relations, compensation, and wellbeing. She works closely with leadership to refine HR strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a high-performing, people-centric work environment.
