This quarter I have been lucky enough to visit our team in New York, just in time for their networking event, which was definitely a highlight for me.

Whilst in New York I filmed my market update video, to give you a recap of the last quarter and the trends I predict will continue into the New Year, as well as what guests you can look forward to hearing from in series 4 of HR Insights: The Podcast. Can you believe it's been 4 whole seasons already? Would love to know if you've listened from the beginning, bonus points if you caught our mini series during Covid!

Lastly, I would like to thank everyone that I have received kind messages from on previous seasons of the podcast. If you haven't started series 4 yet you can catch up via the link below, new episodes will be with you weekly.

Many well-intentioned Career Development programmes sadly do not last. Often, they are too isolated from business aims and strategy. Employers want and expect their employees to be proactive career managers, but do not provide the infrastructure or training to enable this to happen. Our partners, Career Counselling Services have created the Career Strategy Insights Tool in response.
Its purpose is to enable organisations to sharpen their delivery of career development to meet business and individual needs. To download your copy of the report, please click here.
