Chief Human Resources Officer

We are currently retained by a renowned manufacturing organization as they are looking for an experienced, proactive and solution focused CHRO based in Gurugram, India. 

The ideal candidate will be pivotal in shaping and executing global HR strategies aligned with the organizational objectives for multiple business units. Some key areas to tackle will be HR Transformation, change management, culture building and upscaling the overall capability globally. You would also need to be a thought leader with excellent consultation skills with both internal and external stakeholders and be able to influence the business in a true advisory role.   

To be successful in this role, you must have strong relationship building skills and the ability to build credibility with the business. You must also be able to deal with ambiguity and adapt to changing circumstances. 

In addition to this you should have: 

• Strong commercial acumen, analytical, problem-solving and leadership skills. 
• Driven for results, inquisitive, and execution-minded; able to translate the mission of stakeholders into actionable plans.  
• Hands-on experience in managing HR processes across the APAC and EMEA region. 
• Ability to manage complex situations and identify solutions that support the business.
