Based in Midtown, NYC, our client is a growing management consulting firm seeking an innovative and analytical Compensation Business Partner to enhance its HR function, leading through a major organization transformation.
Reporting to the VP of Compensation, you will contribute to reimagining the current comp philosophy. Partnering closely with HRBPs and Business Leaders, you will be a key point of contact for job valuation, reviewing job architecture, salary bands, and designing total compensation models.
With changes in the organization's strategy, you'll also be responsible for designing packages for new hires, including salary, incentives, and benefits. Collaborate with external vendors for market data benchmarking, competitive analysis, to advise on governance and regulatory requirements, and contribute to year-end compensation processes.
We are ideally looking for smart data storytellers with strong analytical or advisory experience in compensation from global professional or financial services firms. They should have high business acumen, capable of building internal relationships and taking a proactive approach to learning.

Compensation: $120-150k annual base salary + Bonus + Benefits
