Elliott Scott is thrilled to be partnering with a global financial services firm to find a Country HR Business Partner for a permanent position. This role offers a comprehensive HR experience, covering areas such as reporting, recruitment, employee engagement, and compensation data management. We’re excited about the potential for this role and look forward to finding the right person to join this dynamic team.


Main responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide professional HR advice, deliver seamless HR support to the business, and drive the implementation of HR practices and initiatives.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process by partnering with the business to define job scopes, shortlist candidates, conduct interviews, and work with recruiters.
  • Act as a strategic advisor on talent development, including identifying and nurturing high-potential talent, succession planning, performance management, and coaching managers through performance management discussions.
  • Handle HR operational responsibilities, including developing HR policies in line with local regulations, enforcing procedures, managing processes and systems, and ensuring compliance with day-to-day HR matters.
  • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including on/off-boarding, compensation and benefits, employee relations, exit management, and more.


Skills Required: 

  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in HR Generalist or HR Business Partnering roles, with a proven track record in HR advisory services.
  • Comprehensive understanding of all HR functions, with demonstrated experience in leveraging HR metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Exceptional team player with the ability to effectively engage with colleagues at all levels of the organisation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • In-depth knowledge of local employment law and compliance requirements.
