Our client is a global financial services organisation, renowned for providing high-quality, distinctive, and relevant investment capabilities.

We are seeking a dynamic Learning & Development Consultant to collaborate with various stakeholders in proposing cutting-edge learning solutions and assessing the impact of our training initiatives.

  • Global role working in a matrix organization, collaborating with P&C members.
  • Working closely with the Head of Talent, Culture, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I).
  • Focus on Leadership Development, including evaluating the ROI on existing plans.
  • Fast paced, dynamic and collaborative work environment.
  • Hybrid schedule, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

As a Learning & Development Consultant, you'll drive organizational growth and employee development through strategic learning initiatives. Your role involves assessing development needs, implementing diverse learning methods, and delivering impactful e-learning courses.

You'll evaluate plan success, support employee learning, and aid managers in team member development. Additionally, you'll manage budgets, oversee specialists, and design effective training materials. You’d also be organizing and implementing training sessions, workshops, and seminars, as well as developing and managing programs such as leadership development, mentorship, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

Overall, your contributions will be instrumental in ensuring company success and fostering employee development, satisfaction, and retention.


To be successful in this role, You Must Have:

  • Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager, or in a similar role.
  • Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices.
  • Experience in project management and budgeting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS), particularly Oracle.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with sharp business acumen.
  • Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors.
  • BSc/BA in Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPLP) is a plus.
  • Soft skills including strong communication, leadership, adaptability, empathy, and organizational skills.
