Elliott Scott HR is exclusively partnering with a Globally recognized brand in the hiring of a Reward Analyst for a 6-month Fixed Term Contract.  This role is to start late September or early October.

Please note that there is potential for this role to become permanent.

The business operates a hybrid working pattern with 3 days per week in their Central London office. 
 
Reporting to the Group Reward Manager, the Reward Analyst will support the wider team in the management of the annual reward programme. 

As the Analyst, you will be joining at a busy time of the year with the Annual Pay and Bonus reviews due to commence. 

You will be accountable for high levels of Data Analysis including internal salary benchmarking, marketing insights and industry pay-grading. 

Sitting within the Group Reward team, this role will also work closely with the Internationally based in-country Reward teams, analyzing data for Group packs. 

Our client is looking for an immediately available Reward Analyst with a proven background in reward data analysis and manipulation. 

You will have worked through full Reward cycles, specifically providing analysis on Pay, Bonus and Pension reviews. 

Your background to date will have included working on an international scale, ideally within Matrix structured organizations. 

Strong HRIS skills are a pre-requisite along with a high attention to detail. 

Due to the internal visibility of this role, applicants must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
