Head HR Shared Services

We are partnering with a world-renowned organization in Financial Services sector, who is looking for a dynamic Head of HR Shared Services to build and lead their global HR operations. 

As the Head of Shared Services, you hold the pivotal role of centralizing diverse functions while providing robust support to the global HR team. Your mission is to set up and optimize shared services operations, ensuring they run with utmost efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to both the internal and external stakeholders. Your mandate encompasses not just streamlining, but also the strategic design of processes, essentially creating these operations from the ground up and redefine excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead with vision, shaping a culture of innovation, teamwork, and accountability within the Shared Services team.
• Optimize shared services processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Maintain and enhance service quality standards to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Leverage cutting-edge technology to streamline and elevate shared services processes.
• Navigate the complex world of regulations, ensuring impeccable compliance.
• Define and monitor KPIs, crafting a symphony of operational excellence.
• Foster strong relationships with internal departments and external partners to understand their needs and align shared services accordingly.
