Our client is on a successful continuation of it’s growth trajectory and now at a point where they need a dedicated Head of Learning & Development. This role will report into a very commercial CPO. The Head of Learning and Organisational Development is responsible for the creation, delivery, and management of all learning initiatives across the organisation. This is an amazing opportunity to design and build the L&D offering to this new organisation. A key part of this role is to support the bank in becoming a true learning organisation and to become an amazing place to learn and grow.
You will build great relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support the bank achieve its ambitions. As a purpose led business at it’s core, you will design learning programmes that are aligned with the organisation’s objectives, mission and values, demonstrate a strategic understanding of how they are embedded within the Bank, and proactively monitor the success of these programmes through appropriate metrics and agreed KPIs.
Work closely with leaders across the organisation and gain a full understanding of their Functions and training requirements to design learning curriculums that align to key priorities and objectives.
The successful candidate will have extensive senior level L&D and OD experience gained in a Financial or Professional Services environment. Excellent consultative skills to establish effective and robust working relationships quickly and experience of designing and implementing Learning & Development policies, processes, procedures and guidance to support organisational needs, requirements and industry best practice.
The role will be a hybrid set up of three days in the office.
