Our client is a prestigious Luxury Retail Brand, looking for an HR Business Partner

 

Location: London

 

The role is to partner and play a pivotal role in overseeing HR management processes for our commercial and corporate operations in London. As a dynamic and retail-focused HR professional, you'll collaborate closely with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to lead workforce performance and provide crucial support in talent management, employee engagement, organisational effectiveness, and change management. Your ability to engage effectively across all business levels, combined with strong business acumen, exceptional delivery skills, and expertise in analytical approaches and project management, will be instrumental in thriving in this fast-moving environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee relations, providing guidance to managers on day-to-day demands, grievances, and other issues.
  • Oversee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes.
  • Quantify talent management processes and drive learning initiatives.
  • Collaborate on budgeting, forecasting, and accurate reporting within the wider corporate function.
  • Own the HR communication process through relevant channels.
  • Lead reward management, including compensation and benefits.
  • Ensure accurate and timely management of HRIS systems.
