Elliott Scott HR has partnered with a global leader in the industry that is seeking People Business Partner to join their HR team in India. This role is based in Bangalore, India.
About the role:
In this role you’ll be reporting to the Regional Business Partner Lead, will drive and deliver key people initiatives aligned with the strategic people plan. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across the key layers of organizational transformation — Organizational Culture, Learning, & People Practices. The role will focus on talent and workforce planning, performance management, and the development and rewards framework, with a strong emphasis on employee engagement and capability management. Collaboration across these areas will be key to driving high performance and supporting overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Foster strong relationships with managers, teams, and business leaders to gain a clear understanding of their goals and challenges, and work collaboratively to develop and implement effective solutions.
Work closely with the Shared Services team and the 4 Pillar teams, ensuring the Global People Strategy is effectively delivered across your area of the business.
Provide support for ad-hoc People Team projects in partnership with the Regional Strategic Partner, applying a solution-focused approach while prioritizing commercial objectives and a customer-centric mindset.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
Proven HRBP expertise with a strong background in performance management, talent acquisition, change management, and talent planning across the employee lifecycle.
Extensive project management experience, utilizing relevant tools and processes, coupled with strong data analysis and the ability to effectively communicate insights through storytelling.
Deep understanding of employment legislation and a commitment to driving commercial, customer-focused people initiatives.
