Our client is a world-renowned organization with a growing presence in the region is looking for a proactive and dynamic HR professional to join and lead their team as HR Lead based in Philippines.

In this role you will be collaborating closely with local HR teams, business leaders, and employees, you will contribute to the strategic direction of HR initiatives while ensuring the effective implementation of policies and programs with a specific focus on talent, engagement, succession planning, reward, and development.  In addition to having responsibility for the training and development of the HR team and as such will have accountability for the continual improvement of HR strategies with the company's overall objectives, you will actively contribute to fostering a positive work environment. Finally, you will also get involved in change management projects to assess whether the organisational structures are in place to help deliver on the organization’s key business strategies.  


The ideal candidate will be someone who’s highly motivated and comes with an entrepreneurial mindset, with a proven track record of delivery at both a strategic and operational level. Someone who’s a fantastic communicator and very data-driven with strong influencing and negotiation skills. You should have strong commercial awareness and outstanding HR business partnering skills. We are also looking for the following:  

  • Previous experience leading an HR team covering both operational and strategic aspects.  

  • Driven for results, inquisitive, and execution-minded; able to translate the mission ostakeholders into actionable plans. 

  • In-depth knowledge of Thai labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices. 

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and make data-driven decisions. 

  • Highly articulate, including practical presentation skills and ability to influence.
