HR Operations Manager

Elliott Scott HR is pleased to be partnering a fast-growing Professional Service client in the hiring of a HR Operations Manager to be based in Scotland.

This is a multi-site business with sites across Glasgow and Edinburgh.  This role can be based in either location and will work a hybrid pattern with 3 days per week in the office. 
 
 Reporting to the HR Director, this role will be accountable leading the HR Operations team, consisting of administration, data and systems. 

The organisation has gone through significant growth over recent years and has plans to continue through acquisitions.   The HR Operations team will play a key role in managing the HR platforms and facilitating change. 

Key accountabilities for the team: 

• Management and calibration of annual HR cycle
• Owning and developing HR policies and procedures
• Harmonisation of contracts, terms and conditions
• HR Data Analysis
• Management and development of HR systems
• Liaison with Finance and Payroll functions

Key stakeholders for this role will include the HR Business Partnering team, Finance, IT and business operations. 

We are looking for proven HR Operations Specialists who have led teams. 

Individuals must be technically strong and used to leading operational HR activities.
