Manager, Talent Acquisition (leading US financial services firm) $HK 45 – 50k per month

Our firm is a leading US financial services firm seeking a talented and experienced TA. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract, hire, and retain top talent for our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop innovative recruitment strategies to meet those needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy for the organization
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored recruitment plans
• Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to extending offers and onboarding new hires
• Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors
• Analyze recruitment data and metrics to continuously improve recruitment processes and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

• MUST have at least 4 years talent acquisition from a leading global financial services firm
• Native level English & Cantonese preferred.
