Our client is a leading Global Financial Services firm, looking for an experienced Talent Development Manager, to support their Americas region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with HRBPs and Talent Leads to design and deliver bespoke talent development initiatives that impact all phases of the talent lifecycle.
  • Oversee the design and execution of core learning curriculum for the Americas region, ensuring alignment with the firm’s strategic objectives.
  • Lead and manage the delivery of training programs, including employee induction, to foster leadership, career progression, and enhance the company’s learning culture.
  • Act as an advisor to the HR Business Partner team, collaborating on talent and training initiatives that are specific to business needs.
  • Program management of learning and development initiatives, including platform delivery of training programs as necessary.
  • Build and maintain the talent infrastructure: governance frameworks, processes, toolkits, systems, reporting, and communication channels.
  • Leverage People Analytics to drive data-driven decisions that shape talent strategy and foster continuous improvement, while staying informed on industry best practices.

In Addition You Must Have:

  • 4-8 years previous demonstrable success in a Learning and Development role, with experience in training design, development, delivery
  • Preferred background should be in consulting or financial services
  • End-to-end program management experience
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to work within ambiguity
  • Ability to evaluate, prioritize, escalate and problem solve in high pressure situations
  • Ability to deliver / facilitate Learning and Development programs to a high quality
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in the use of LMS systems
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Training and Development or a related discipline is desirable
