Our Client is a global financial services organization, seeking a Payroll Specialist based out of Bangalore, India. The Successful candidate will have a crucial role in running smooth payroll operations across the EMEA and India region
- Oversee end-to-end payroll operations for India and EMEA , covering onboarding to exits.
- Assure precision in monthly payrolls, encompassing new hires, updates, and terminations.
- Maintain compliant and precise country-specific payrolls, pension, and income tax data.
- Work with the Cloud Pay payroll system to manage benefits deductions, holiday pay, terminations, and leaves of absence.
- Ensure punctual and accurate payment of taxes and Social Security obligations.
- Manage annual processes and year-end certificates/returns with external payroll providers.
- Address pension-related queries and stay informed about evolving pension legislation
- Possess 6-9 years of experience in payroll and pension management.
- Demonstrate a clear comprehension of payroll procedures and experience with outsourced payroll providers (Cloud Pay and Workday experience is advantageous).
- Familiarity with payroll best practices and legislation.
- Exhibit strong communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Detail-oriented, quick learner, and a dedicated team player.
