TA Operations Lead

Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing force within the financial services industry. We are on the lookout for a TA Operations lead based in Bangalore, India. In this role, you’ll  focus on contributing to a nurturing positive workplace culture, cultivating talent, and playing a pivotal role in the company’s overall growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a dynamic team of recruitment coordinators, responsible for interview scheduling.
• Build a candidate-centric recruitment process.
• Act as the primary contact for addressing issues and concerns.
• Access and Improve recruiting processes.
• Oversee the distribution of tasks within the team and perform routine evaluations of work quality.
• Coordinate interview scheduling for prominent candidates.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Bachelors conferred by a recognized and accredited educational institution.
• Proficiency in using an Applicant Tracking System (e.g., Workday).
• Prior experience in team management.
