- Lead a dynamic team of recruitment coordinators, responsible for interview scheduling.
- Build a candidate-centric recruitment process.
- Act as the primary contact for addressing issues and concerns.
- Access and Improve recruiting processes.
- Oversee the distribution of tasks within the team and perform routine evaluations of work quality.
- Coordinate interview scheduling for prominent candidates.
- 5+ years experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Bachelors conferred by a recognized and accredited educational institution.
- Proficiency in using an Applicant Tracking System (e.g., Workday).
- Prior experience in team management.
