Abby specialises in recruiting for HR positions across the Financial and Professional Services industries. After a successful year and half with the firm she was promoted to Associate Director, taking a more active role in recruitment strategy and account management. During her time with Elliott Scott HR, she’s leveraged her intellectual curiosity to gain HR market knowledge in the areas of Recruiting, Learning & Development, Diversity & Inclusion, and Remote Work. Abby is particularly passionate about promoting a positive candidate experience and fair recruiting practices across the industry.

Prior to joining Elliott Scott HR, Abby spent four years working in Project Management oriented roles within the Financial Services Industry. These roles exposed Abby to HR projects and strategies, motivating her to pursue a career in the HR industry full time and to assist the careers of HR professionals who share a similar passion for the space.​

Outside of work, Abby enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and cooking for friends and family. ​
