Kainaat joined the Elliott Scott HR London office as an Associate Consultant. She supports the UK team with their recruitment and is also part of our Associate Consultant Development Programme. She is enjoying learning about the HR landscape and recruitment process and is looking forward to forming long term relationships with clients and candidates. Prior to this she worked as a Virtual Sales Consultant for Oak Global; gaining experience in consumer dealings and negotiation as well as an appreciation for understanding consumer and market needs.

Kainaat is a graduate of Queen Mary University London where she studied comparative literature. In her free time she likes to listen to all types of music from around the world and practice painting landscapes.
