She has always retained a hands on recruitment role as she loves fulfilling client and candidate expectations in addition to mentoring and developing team members. Maidlin has worked with a diverse range of clients from NYSE/UK/ASX listed entities to start ups as they look to scale and a similarly diverse range of industries from financial services and fintech to consumer/retail and manufacturing.
