Nathalia joins Elliott Scott HR in Brazil as a Candidate Manager; she is a committed and passionate recruitment professional and always looks for new challenges. Prior to joining the team Nathalia lived in Ireland and Argentina where she studied English and Spanish alongside receiving her degree in Law. Her previous experience lies in this field where she enhanced her communication and interpersonal skills. 

Outside of work, Nathalia is currently attending college to study Psychology.
