Renata joined Elliott Scott HR to help build the business across Latin America. She has more than 18 years of corporate experience in Brazil and abroad in companies with different business markets and a multicultural presence. She has worked in foreign trade, sales and new business development.

She has 7 years of consulting experience, working within coaching, training and recruitment. She has lived in France and Mexico and is fluent in English, Spanish and French. When she is not working, Renata loves arts, reading biographies and police novels, listening to jazz and bossa nova and studying human development.
