Renee joined Elliott Scott HR to focus on people operations and recruitment coordination. She supports the US office with recruitment and HR strategies by providing candidate sourcing, administrative support, and systems management as well as supporting the Global offices onboarding and Learning & Development initiatives.

​ Prior to joining Elliott Scott HR, Renee worked in operations for a non-profit executive search firm and a charter school network. These experiences allowed her find an interest in people operations, and she now brings an analytical and people-oriented perspective to the HR and recruitment space.
