Shagun started at Elliott Scott HR as a Researcher supporting the India office and has since progressed to Associate Consultant, where she recruited for positions across India and the emerging markets in South-East Asia. Shagun was then recognised as a high performer and given the opportunity to recruit for the US office, attracting the best talent across North America. Shagun covers mid to senior level HR positions across various industries including Retail, Internet, Technology, Start-Ups and Manufacturing.

Shagun is passionate about immersing herself in the function, learning from and building meaningful relationships with our HR community. She has a keen interest in topics such as Mental Health and Wellbeing. When Shagun is not working, she loves reading, sketching, connecting with new people and having meaningful conversations.
