Srishti is supporting the US team as a Recruitment Administrator which includes CV formatting, managing the database and helping Consultants in various projects and market mapping.

She has prior experience in the Recruitment Industry and is now keen on pursuing her career in back-end supporting roles. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration majoring in Human Resources. Srishti is also keen about the field of Psychology and is pursuing her second Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. Her hobbies include reading, pottery and travelling.
