Stephen joined Elliott Scott HR as a Team Manager to handle India operation, understand the business and share ideas for future growth. 

With 9 and a half years of experience, in his previous role, Stephen progressed from Associate to a Senior Associate and then to the esteemed role of Team Lead. Throughout his journey, he demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, strategic acumen, and a passion for driving team success; skills he has carried over to his role as Team Manager. As a seasoned professional, he has effectively managed a team of 23 individuals, overseeing operations and initiatives spanning the American region.
