Stafy is currently working as a Recruitment Researcher at Elliott Scott HR, based in India she supports the UK team with their day to day recruitment by providing various research/sourcing functions to the Consultants, maintaining the internal database and market mapping.

Prior to joining Elliott Scott HR, Stafy worked as a Human Resources Associate where she was involved in bulk hiring for entry level positions, sourcing candidates through different job portals and maintaining the databases of the candidates, shortlisting and interviewing.

Outside of work, Stafy loves spending time with children; volunteering at her local Sunday school, socialising, listening to contemporary music and admiring nature.
