Alison brings over 9 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and generalist HR roles within financial, legal and professional services firms in Australia and Asia.
Her keen interest in HR recruitment is supported by a strong generalist background which includes; performance management, employee relations, talent management, mobility, and employee engagement. This also has included performing lead lateral and graduate talent acquisition roles both in-house and externally. She has experienced being both a client and candidate throughout her career and is committed to timely communication and a true understanding of individual skill-sets and companies to ensure the best possible outcome.
Alison has relocated to North America and will continue to build the Elliott Scott HR New York offering.
