Hannah joined Elliott Scott HR as an Associate Director. Having started her career as an HR Business Partner and practitioner she now partners with organisations to find HR talent.

Hannah has worked in people roles in dynamic organisations and is fascinated by the ongoing evolution of the HR function and how HR enables businesses to build a great culture. Having gained a wealth of global experience, she is uniquely placed to have a deep understanding of the people function.

Hannah is passionate about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and sustainability.

Outside of work, she sits on the School Improvement Committee for a multi-academy trust responsible for the education of over 4,500 students and enjoys walking in nearby Epping Forest. Hannah is also a mum of two.
