Margaret joined Elliott Scott HR in 2018 as a Researcher and is currently supporting the New York office’s strategic and day-to-day recruitment activities. Her role is largely focused on sourcing, candidate management, market research, due diligence assessments and maintaining the internal database. She also coordinates various marketing initiatives such as the HR Insights US newsletter, LinkedIn video content, and workshops for entry-level and junior candidates. Margaret has a personal interest in Learning & Development, Recruitment and Employee Relations functions within the Human Resources field and received her Master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Baruch College in May 2020. Outside of Elliott Scott HR, Margaret dedicates her time to Streetwise Partner’s New York Mentor Program where she assists mentees with resume writing, job application, and interviewing skills.
