About this event

In this session, Sasha Scott, Founder and CEO of Inclusive Group, will be outlining the current trends in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI). She will be sharing insights on what we can expect to see in 2021, what will happen next in the #BlackLivesMatter movement, why accountability is increasing in importance and how leaders need to operate in our new virtual/hybrid world of work. Sasha is considered a thought leader on Diversity, Unconscious Bias, Inclusivity and managing Psychological Health and was named in the top 10 list of Diversity Consultants in The Global Diversity List 2020.

Sasha will also discuss the importance of systemic, business-led approaches to EDI with Daisy Reeves, Partner at international law firm, Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner. Daisy will share her recent experiences of advising clients on best practice and potential issues to be aware of when addressing data collection. As well as being an acclaimed finance lawyer, Daisy sits on the Global I&D board for BCLP and is a known game-changer in the field of I&D, both within the Legal industry and more widely, particularly around LGBTQ inclusion. In the recent 2021 ‘OUTstanding’ LGBTQ Executives Role Models List featuring C-suite and business leaders worldwide across 24 countries and 5 continents, Daisy is ranked, globally, as the no.1 female lawyer and no.15 overall for her efforts in making the global workplace more welcoming for LGBTQ populations. Most recently, Daisy has begun to explore the intersectionality between mental health, high impact work environments and inclusion, including her own experience in this space.
