Pay gaps present a very real opportunity to differentiate our brand, but it is also a contentious and challenging topic for business given the ever increasing focus on diversity and inclusion.In this session we will cover culture, recruitment, misconduct and, based on the premise that unconscious bias fuels the gender gap, we will discuss and share tools for greater equality.
