Unconscious biases are the natural mental shortcuts that our brains take when dealing with abundant, ambiguous or incomplete information. In this session we will show you how to gain self-awareness, control and flexibility in your critical decision making processes through practical tools and techniques. You will be able to recognize and apply your learnings to situations such as decision-making, data analysis, problem-solving, hiring, promotion, mentoring and coaching.
