What you can expect
Session 1: The hybrid future of coaching – human and AI collaboration
AI and coaching is a hot topic right now—and honestly, we don’t have all the answers yet! In this session, we’ll explore how AI can collaborate with human coaches to create a hybrid model that balances efficiency with empathy. We’ll dig into big questions like: Will AI ever replace the human connection in coaching? What about the ethics? How can we make AI work for us? Let’s discuss and share insights about what this future might look like for your organization.
Session 2: Maximizing coaching impact – scaling and aligning coaching with organizational goals
Coaching is powerful—but how do we scale it across an entire organization and make sure it’s driving real change? This session will focus on learning from each other’s experiences. We’ll create a space to share what’s worked (and what hasn’t), and explore how to measure the impact of coaching. Whether you’re just starting or scaling, you’ll leave with fresh ideas for making coaching a core part of your organization’s success.
Session 3: Finding and partnering with the right coach – accelerating leadership development
Finding the right coach for your leaders isn’t always straightforward—so let’s talk about it! In this session, we’ll discuss how to match the right coach with the right leader and foster that perfect chemistry. We’ll reflect on what’s working, what’s not, and how to ensure leadership development through coaching that sticks. No one-size-fits-all approach here—just a chance to swap stories and brainstorm together.
