APAC & EMEA Payroll Manager (US financial services firm) – up to $HK 150k per month

We are working with a US-based financial services firm seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Payroll Manager to join our team. This role will oversee payroll operations for our APAC and EMEA regions, managing a team of five professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee payroll processes for multiple countries in APAC and EMEA regions
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and taxation laws
• Review and maintain payroll records and reports
• Lead and mentor a team of payroll professionals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline payroll processes
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure payroll systems are optimized for efficiency

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in payroll management, with a focus on APAC and EMEA regions
• Previous experience of payroll in both APAC & EMEA is essential
• Strong understanding of international payroll practices and regulations
• Experience managing a team of payroll professionals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
