Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee our APAC region. In this role, you will be focused on developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies that will help us attract, engage, and retain top talent in the region. You will be responsible for managing a team of two recruitment professionals, ensuring their development and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their talent needs and identify strategies for meeting them.
• Identify and recruit top talent in the region, using innovative sourcing methods to attract diverse candidates.
• Coach and mentor your team, supporting their professional growth and development.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform your talent acquisition strategies.
• Collaborate with other HR functions to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, from a leading financial services organization ideally from an investment bank

MUST have had previous team management experience
