AVP, Regional HR Operations (leading US buyside)

Duties & responsibilities:

      • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with the firm's goals and objectives
      • Manage the operational aspects of the HR function, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance
      • Partner with senior leadership and managers to provide guidance and support on HR issues and initiatives
      • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee performance and development
      • Lead the annual performance review process and drive a culture of continuous feedback and coaching
      • Oversee employee benefits administration, including health and wellness programs, retirement plans, and other perks
      • Monitor and analyze key HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement
      • Stay current on HR best practices, legal requirements, and industry trends to ensure compliance and enhance the employee experience



  • Around 7+ years of HR operations experience from a leading global financial services firm
  • Chinese language skills preferred
