• Significant contribution to the development of the Benefits and Wellness Framework
• Ensuring a competitive and equitable compensation and benefits structure is maintained
• Serving as the primary point of contact for employees, HR Business Services, and senior leadership
• Conducting new hire orientations
• Acting as a liaison between benefits/insurance vendors and employees
• Overseeing the submission of the US Salary Survey
• Proactively monitoring trends in Benefits and Compensation.
